Today, the kindergarten class experimented to find a way to bring sunlight to a town in a valley, where mountains blocked the sun. They came up with creative ways to reflect and direct the light onto the town's playground ☀️

Our January book of the month was "The Dot". This book highlighted the perseverance of a young girl as she discovered her artistic abilities. To go along with this book, each student created their own "dot" artwork to display in the hallway.

Our January trait is Perseverance, which can help children become more independent and confident in their abilities. We will be reading "The Dot," by Peter H. Reynolds.
